65-Year-Old German Mother of 13 Expecting Quadruplets

A 65-year-old teacher in Berlin, Germany became pregnant with four embryos through artificial insemination.

Annegret Raunigk´s oldest child is 44. She says the youngest of the 13, her 9-year-old daughter, asked for a little sibling. The children are reportedly from five different fathers.

"So what if I´m 65? Why must one always hew to the obvious clichés? I find that quite exhausting," Raunighk told German broadcaster RTL, which will document her pregnancy.
