Georgia Man Pleads Guilty to Attempting to Aid ISIS


A Georgia man arrested by the FBI at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in October pleaded guilty Wednesday to trying to join the Islamic State.

Leon Nathan Davis, 37 of Augusta was attempting to check in at the counter to fly to Turkey. The FBI had been watching Davis for more than a year.

Davis faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced.
