Kepler Telescope Discovers Earth-Like Planet

NASA said its Kepler telescope has discovered the most Earth-like planet ever.

Kepler-452b is 1,400 light years away within the constellation Cygnus and orbits its star in a 385-day cycle. It is believed that its mass is five times that of Earth and its gravity twice Earth’s.

"It is certainly quite challenging at first for human beings to live on. But over time we might be able to adapt to the condition," says Kepler data analyst Jon Jenkins.
