Obama Declines to Comment on Whether Joe Biden Should Jump Into Presidential Race

President Barack Obama quickly sidestepped when he was asked if Vice President Joe Biden should declare his candidacy.

"I will have a vote like everybody else as a citizen, and that ballot is private. I don´t have to share my views about that right now because I think it´s important for the American people to make up their own decisions," he said.

Obama also revealed that he didn´t watch the entire Democratic presidential primary debate on Tuesday, but he thinks all five candidates "are some very fine people".
