Mark Zuckerberg said that he’ll take two months of paternity leave when his daughter is born.
The Facebook CEO revealed this on his timeline, calling it "a very personal decision". He also wrote "Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families".
Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, announced in July that they are expecting a baby girl following several miscarriages. The high-tech company offers its U.S. employees up to four months of paid parental leave.
