Escaped California Inmates Still on the Loose

Police are still searching for three inmates who fled the Orange County Central Men´s Jail in Santa Ana, California on Friday. According to Sheriff´s Lt. David Sawyer, the men are accused of violent crimes and "extremely dangerous".

Bac Duong, 43, Hossein Nayeri, 37, and Jonathan Tieu, 20 were last seen and accounted for during the regularly scheduled early morning prisoner count. They had a head start of up to 16 hours before officials realized they were missing.

Police say they cut through half-inch steel bars and razor wire before they climbed down the roof using rope made from bed sheets. A reward of up to $50,000 was offered for information leading to their recapture.
