Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman says he can barely get any shuteye in Mexico´s Altiplano Federal Prison because of a "boisterous guard dog". In a statement issued through his lawyer, the drug kingpin describes his uncomfortable stay in jail.
"They wake me for roll call in the day every hour and in the night every two hours, and there is a dog on the side that barks a lot and also scares my sleep," he complains.
Guzman´s lawyers continously argue that he is being mistreated since his Jan. 8 arrest in Los Mochis. "El Chapo" has escaped from prisons twice, including a 2001 breakout of Puente Grande prison.
