Anne Nicole Smith, former Playboy Playmate, is suing for half the estate of her late husband, oil tycoon Marshall, who died in August 1995 at the age of 90.
Smith, 32, is trying for a mistrial, because she dropped a dumbbell on her hand while weightlifting and will not be able to attend court for some weeks. That would mean that the case would be postponed and a new jury would be set up.
Smith is not the only one after the big money. Marshall's oldest son, Howard Marshall III is also suing for a piece of the estate. He claims that his father was influenced by his youngest son, prince Marshall, to be excluded from the will.
