UK Ministry Of Defence Loses 600 Sensitive Laptops

The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has admitted that in the last 5 years a total of 594 laptops have gone missing, many of them presumed stolen, and some containing highly classified information.

In the last 2 years, hackers have also managed to access the MoD computer system on 27 occasions, but the MoD says sensitive information has not always been compromised.

Many other UK government departments have also had computers stolen or go missing according to figures given to the countries parliament.

Didn't the FBI have the same problem?
Didn’t the FBI have something of the same problem a while ago? Seems they had a bunch of computers come up missing also.. Kinda of makes you wonder what the word intelligence really means in governments.
