Jail For Bomb Hoaxes Which Should Promote Animal Rights

Neil Bartlett, an animal rights activist admitted to have caused a lot of trouble with a series of bomb threats in the UK which were hoaxes.

Last year he rang companies which he accused of animal testing or polluting the earth and told them, he had placed bombs in their buildings. Following his calls police had to evacuate many buildings, in one case even the London Eye.

The court sentenced the man who "did not realise how much disruption he caused" to 4 years jail.
