Teacher Kills 4 Pupils

Chen Peiquan, a teacher at a school in China, stabbed 6 children and a fellow teacher at the school's dormitory. 4 of the children died.

The 35-year-old teacher had a history of mental illness. Chen had been in and out of hospitals for the last 6 years, but the treatment proved to be too expensive for him.

Chen was arrested after a struggle with police, and the cause of the rampage is not yet known. The public security bureau is investigating.
