Too much caffeine causes poor performances

A new study claims that drinking 350mg of caffeine which is three cups of coffee and one cup of tea increases stress and causes concentration errors.

During a survey for Volvic mineral water, 76% out of 1,000 office workers said they drink tea, coffee or coke more than three times a day.

93% of workers drink at least one caffeinated beverage a day mainly in the morning when the stress level is at the top.
