Microsoft announced Saturday that all its problems were over. "Everything's fine," company spokesman Adam Sohn said. "Everything's been fine since about lunchtime yesterday."
Microsoft's vice president and CIO Rick Devenuti apologized on behalf of the company. "Microsoft accepts full responsibility for the inconvenience that our customers experienced over the past couple of days."
