Disabled man chops up his neighbour

A disabled man has been charged with murder. John Arthur Powers Surrey, 44, was accused of chopping up the body of his neighbour Kenneth Hoffman and keeping his remains in a suitcase in a block of flats in Brisbane, Australia.

The neighbours complained about the smell and called the police. Surrey was found in a flat sitting in a living room and holding a suitcase on his lap.
