81 accused of raping and inseminating 16-year-old !

A 16-year-old girl accused her 81 year-old neighbour of raping and inseminating her. When the child was born the girl went to the police and said, that the 81-year-old neighbour, Vasile Lovin, had forced her to keep quiet.

Vasile Lovin, says that he has been impotent for 15 years. He thinks that the girl's 18-year-old unemployed boyfriend inseminated her. The boyfriend left the girl six months ago.
