Bill Gates To Be Knighted By Queen

Microsoft boss Bill Gates is to be honoured by Queen Elizabeth in the form of an honorary knighthood for services to global enterprise. He was recommended by Chancellor Gordon Brown, with a formal announcement expected on Monday.

He will be in good company, with ex-president George Bush, Rudolph Giuliani, New Yorks former mayor, Steven Spielberg, and Alan Greenspan, the US Federal Reserve Bank chairman being past American KBE recipients.
