A "Rape Fantasy" Gone Wrong

Michael Todd Howard, 35, will most likely receive a one year prison sentence and probation after he plead guilty to attempted burglary. Howard met a woman on a "fantasy rape" internet chat site, and they arranged to meet up.

However, Howard broke into the wrong apartment, and encountered a woman who yelled and grabbed his testicles to thwart his sexual advances. He asked if she was the woman in the chat and she said she didn't have the internet or a computer.

She told police she thought he was going to kill her. For agreeing to a plea agreement, prosecutors will not charge Howard with possession of illegal drugs, intent to commit rape or false imprisonment.
