US Bombs Iraq Again

For the second day this week, US airplanes have attacked air defence systems in Iraq, although Thursdays rains were much smaller and confined to targets in the no fly zone.

"Coalition aircraft responded to the Iraqi attacks by dropping ordnance on elements of the Iraqi integrated air defence system" said the Pentagon after the attacks.

President Bush has also warned China not to supply technology to the Iraq after reports that they had helped Iraq set up its air defence systems.
