Apple Sued for Antitrust by iTunes User

A dissatisfied iTunes user is suing Apple Computing Inc., claiming that the company is breaking antitrust laws by not freeing up its iTunes service for other media players. ITunes is only compatible with the Apple iPod.

ITunes is also compatible with home stereo systems. Californian Thomas Slattery is suing for damages as he was “forced” to buy an iPod media player. Law analysts say that the suit is a long shot and Slattery must prove iTunes is a market on its own.

  @NuttyPrat
 2nd paragraph should be 'incompatible'.

This guy is gonna lose bigtime. However when there is a class action suit or the antitrust suits brought by the government against Apple for forcing only iTunes music to play on iPods I think that will have a chance of winning.
