A bronze statue of punk guitarist Johnny Ramone, who died of prostate cancer at the age of 55 on Sept. 15th 2004 in Los Angeles, will now be put in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
The statue, which will be placed next to the grave of band mate Dee Dee Ramone, shows Johnny playing his Mosrite guitar and the words "If a man can judge success by how many great friends he has, then I have been very successful — Johnny Ramone."
It will be revealed by Johnny's widow Linda on Jan. 14th as a part of a two-hour public ceremony.
