Nicole Kidman to Go to Indonesia
 

Nicole Kidman is to travel to tsunami hit Indonesia later this month with her sister Antonia in tow. Nicole is going to aid the victims in her role as goodwill ambassador for the United Nation's Children's Fund (UNICEF).

Nicole, who was born in Hawaii, said: "My sister and I are gonna go. We're gonna go in the third week of January 'cause… obviously it still needs an enormous amount of attention."

It's really time for America to move beyond its childish fascination with celebrities. I used to be all about them, and then I turned 15. Let's move on already.

 Well, it might help. I read a while ago a quote from some famous guy, who basically said this: 'The media go where there are famous people, otherwise it isn't news.' Obviously, this is the same with this. After a few weeks, we will all know it happened, but the media will have moved on. The only way this area is going to get attention is by way of stars going there, and taking a lot of media with them.
