Houston Back as US Fattest City

Houston, Texas has unseated Detroit and been given the “honour” of being the fattest city in the US. It is the fourth time time in five years that Houston has been named on top of the list. Houston’s mayor has denounced the survey.

Mayor Bill White said the survey was “mostly voodoo and fraud.” White has been working recently to steer Houston’s population into a healthier lifestyle. The city has double the fast-food stores per capita than the national average.

Houston was declared fattest by the Men’s Fitness magazine.
