Dozens of Pets Confiscated from PA Home

47 dogs, as well as numerous cats and guinea pigs have been confiscated from a home in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Police and animal control officials entered the apartment, where three people were living amongst the animals.

Animal control officers said that all the animals were well fed, however the conditions they were living in were disgusting. The tenants had been living in the flat for approximately a month and their landlord did not know they had pets.
