Britain's National Radiological Protection Board (NRPB) have issued a report advising caution with the use of mobile phones, especially children. They say that the technology is developing too fast to rule out adverse health affects.
NRPB chairman Sir William Stewart said he couldn't swear there were no health risks, the technology is evolving so fast that it outstrips the analysis of any potential impact on health. "We are still recommending a precautionary approach."
The executive director of the Mobile Operators Association in Britain said: "The key point of the NRPB advice is that there is no hard information linking the use of mobile telephony with adverse health effects."
