Ex-Girlfriend Rips Out Testicle
 

Amanda Monti, 24, from England, wasn't happy about the breakup with her boyfriend, Jeffrey Jones, 37, and took matters into her own hands. When he was not willing to engage in sexual activity, she ripped off his clothes and then used her bare hands to pry out his left testicle.

She then put it in her mouth to hide it. Unfortunately, the doctors were not able to re-attach it.

In English, pants are an abbreviated term for underpants. Shorts are what people wear in summer, they are an abbreviated term for short trousers.
Americans must have been very confused by this, since they call trousers; pants.
