Rudolph Moshammer, 59, has been found murdered at his home in Munich today. He was found with a telephone wire around his neck by his driver at approximately 9 am local time.
"Mr. Moshammer was probably the victim of violent crime," said Anton Winkler, spokesman to the prosecutors' office. The area has been sealed off by police, and German TV news stations have set up at least 6 cameras already.
Moshammer was best known for his extravagant outfits and his lap dog Daisy. He had owned a boutique on one of Germany's most prestigious shopping streets since 1968. Regular customers included Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf.
