Powell Withholds Serbia and Montenegro Aid

US Secretary of State Colin Powell has withheld $10 million to Serbia and Montenegro because their governments haven't cooperated with the international war crimes tribunal in Holland.

State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said: "We call on the authorities in Belgrade to cooperate fully with the tribunal by arresting and transferring fugitive indictees, particularly Ratko Mladic, to face justice in The Hague."

Last year $16 million in assistance was withheld for the same reason. $73 million in aid will still reach Serbia and Montenegro citizens as the money will be given to organisations and programs committed to reform.

  Good for them.
While the presses fail to mention the type of aid this is. This isnt the kind that saves babies, its the kind that saves governments. When the leaders of a nation are too headstrong to comply with accepted international policy, used not only by the 'infidel dogs' of the US, but by most other EU/EE countries, they don't deserve a damned cent. And there's my two.

  It's irony really....
Let's make sure that others fit in with the War Crimes Tribunal but lets make sure that the good ole USA is excluded.

At the same time it's the USAs money so they can set whatever conditions they want...

Got to smile though...

There were no war crimes commited
By either side. The only ones who commited crimes against humanity, or war crimes, were the NATO commanders who ordered the murder of civilians. Yes, thats right. NATO killed innocent people, much like terrorists do. The only difference, NATO uses sofisticated state of the art weapons, while terrorists make bombs in thier caves. Both are state sponsored though.

Yes in a war, inncoent people die. Of course, innocent people died due to Serbian and Croat, and others, actions, but there is no evidence to suggest they were targeted. However the same can not be said about NATO, who bombed a train packed with civilians, they were even hanging off its sides.
Btw, the mass graves they found, were all of men, you know why? Because they are dead soldiers, and from the recent Kosovo crap. The dead in that were mostly KLA terrorists. Yet another double standard of the USA. They support one group of terrorists, who strangely have connections to Al qaeda, the group the USA is supposed to be fighting lol.

Strange, STRANGE world we live in eh?..

All the answers are in front of your eyes, its just a matter of opening your eyes and looking for them.

Well if the answeres were in front of our eyes, we wouldn't open out eyes and look for them, you would open your eyes and look AT them.
