Sheriff's Deputy Fired Over Photos Of Nude Wife With Patrol Car
 

OZARK, AR. - Deputy Damon Gregory has been fired for taking photos of his nude wife posing with his patrol vehicle. Hijinks ensued when a CD of the photos surfaced at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Arkansas.

Gregory stated that he would not contest the firing. A patrol Sgt. was also demoted when it was determined that he was aware of the existence of the photos.

The department issued a public apology "to each and every citizen for any embarrassment or loss of confidence."

  It is his wife.  
 It could be worst. I would not got off the handle on this. I would check his record then deside if I would fire cause its just a strong relationship. It is very hard for Police to have spouses. The devorce rate is quite high.

 u can kill someone and keep ur job? but take nude sexy photos of ur wife and get fired.. lets get for real. we should be happy that he is still happily married considering the divorce rates.

 Is slipping into the relm of Victorian England. Nudity is not a bad thing so why this over reaction. I've seen some damn useless police around here that steal and sell drugs. Sure this guy was an idiot for what he did but let's face it if all we had to worry about was police officers taking nude pictures of their wife near their car the country would be a much better place.

A significant number of police officers beat their wives. At least this one loved his wife and was proud of her naked body. I say give him his job back.

 A Franklin County sheriff's deputy has been arrested on several counts of molestation. Cavin Kimbriel, 35, was arrested on three counts of second-degree sexual assault for allegedly molesting three young boys ages 10 and 11. Kimbriel, who has been with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for about one year, surrendered to police and has been released on $15,000 bond.
He has been suspended WITH PAY while the investigation continues. Kimbrell was found guilty.

Just last week: A sheriff's deputy resigned following allegations of sexual misconduct, and now the Arkansas State Police are involved.

Officials said that a Franklin County deputy turned in his resignation after a female inmate at the county jail accused the deputy of improprieties. Neither the specific details of her accusations nor the deputy's name has been released. Haynes said that although the deputy is a good friend of his, he must take accusations like this seriously. The deputy resigned after taking the lie detector test.

The deputy that was fired for taking pictures of his wife was not allowed to resign. The deputy asked if he could and Reed Haynes would not allow him to, thus denying him another job in law enforcement. I know this because I live in the county and am friends with most of the deputy's at Franklin county.
The deputy that was fired for the pictures did not put them on the internet. They were supposed to be between him and his wife. He broke no laws... other than not brown noseing the sheriff.

The deputy that has most recently resigned is married and has a family. He should have been fired the minute he failed the lie detector test, or owned up to what he did with the female inmates. What he did is a felony.

I feel that the deputy that took the photo's should take the county to court...and at least have his termination reversed.

 it should be let off as a bit of fun. No one has gotten hurt and the only thing it could do if the pics got out is embarress the cop and his wife. Not like it makes the police department look bad to have naked wemen draped over there cars!

 For those of you interested....I am the deputy that was fired. I have applied at several LE agencies since then and have only been ignored. Yes, I have been blacklisted. Yes, I loved the job and no, I was not a pecker-head as a cop. Also, sorry no links to the pictures. They have NEVER been in the public domain.

 thats a shame to hear hope you find anotehre good job maybe somthing in private security not sure if that pays as well.
