Hockey fanatic Doug Stiler has found a creative way to vent his frustration at the current NHL lockout which finished its 123rd day yesterday. Stiler, from Buffalo NY has made car magnets which read: “I need my hockey fix(ed)”.
The successful sale of more than 2,000 magnets since he launched them show that Stiler is not alone in his displeasure. He said: "Here's these two powerful big-money organizations fighting and the fans are left in the dark."
Car magnets have been used across the United States recently to express things such as cancer awareness and patriotism. Stiler said that “I thought why not express my frustrations using a pop culture phenomenon?"
