The Cadillac DTS limousine to be used in the Presidential Inaugural Parade will be the first public glimpse of the new 2006 Cadillac DTS design. President Bush will be the new limo's first passenger.
"General Motors and Cadillac are proud to write this latest chapter in American automotive history with the introduction of the DTS presidential limousine," said General Motors Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner.
The limo has 6 passenger seats, each with the same comfort and visibility. An executive package for the rear includes a concealed, foldaway desktop. The rear seats can recline and detect the passengers position automatically and adjusts the cushion.
