Following the successful use of 45,000 P-Mates at last years Glastonbury music festival in the UK, women who attend this years Big Day Out festivals are to have the option of urinating standing up thanks to a novel new device.
The technology, also known as the She Pee, is a device similar to a shoe but made of cardboard and with the toe cut out. It reduces toilet queuing because it is used in conjunction with existing standards male urinals.
"It's a totally new idea and we realise that, and it's going to take a little bit of time to get women to warm to the idea I think" said Australian distributor Amanda Cooke. The device has also got the approval of some feminists.
