An employee at a newsstand in West Hollywood called "Swing News," says Paris Hilton was upset that the pornographic video starring her was at the store so she told him she was stealing it. Police are investigating this alleged act of petty theft.
Gerry Castro said: "She threw her 80 cents change at me and took the video and said, `I'm taking this and I'm not buying it." While the employee agreed to talk to TV show Celibrity Justice, he refused to speak to the Associated Press.
Prosecutors will receive what deputies discovered next week and will decide if charges are warranted. The alleged incident happened December 15. Hilton's publicist has yet to return phone calls from reporters.
