Aging Country Star Lynn Anderson Busted For Stealing

TAOS, New Mexico - Grammy award winner Lynn Anderson was arrested for shoplifting. The country singer best known for her 1970 hit "Rose Garden" was caught stealing a "Harry Potter" DVD from a supermarket.

Anderson, 57, was arrested at Smith's Food & Drug Center and refused accepting a wriiten citation for the offense. She was released on her own recognizance.

Anderson, who was the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 1971, was also arrested for drunk driving last December.
