Fresno, CA - Felix Arthur Sanchez Jr., 26, has been arrested on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. Sanchez is the editor of the "Rampage", a college newspaper at Fresno City College.
Sanchez reportedly told investigators that he was not aroused by the child pornography but was "curious about the sexual development of female children".
Federal Agent Mike Prado stated that Sanchez told him that his computer use was restricted for being caught looking at incest websites on the school library's computer. He also admitted to posting child porn to a usenet groups in the past.
