The internet company Yahoo is unleashing "Yahoo 360" on March 29th which will allow people to combine blogging and social networking. So far, the company has experimented with a project called "Mingle" which allows Yahoo employees to network.
Yahoo's service will allow people to keep their blogs private or open them up to the world. To gain content, Yahoo users will be able to pull it from Yahoo's online photo albums, discussion groups and the review section.
Yahoo has 165 million registered users. So far, MySpace.com has dominated the blogging/social networking market. Yahoo hopes that by allowing people to create and share content, more users will stay and advertising will increase.
