An independent survey of air passengers has revealed that Asian airports are better than the airports in the rest of the world. Hong Kong International Airport came out top of the list followed by Seoul's Incheon and Singapore's Changi airport.
The satisfaction survey was carried out by the Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) during 2004. 65,000 interviews were conducted, covering 40 major global airports.
