A Kansas high school student has been found guilty for vomiting on his Spanish teacher. He was convicted of battery and has been ordered to spend the next four months cleaning up after people who throw up in police cars.
The 17 year old teen vomited on his teacher on the last day of school as he
turned in his text books. His lawyer said the vomiting resulted due to nervousness over his final exams.
The teacher commented that the student was failing his class and made no effort to avoid throwing up on him.
A judge said,"he thought the teen's actions were an assault upon the dignity of all teachers".
