Teen Vomits on his Teacher

A Kansas high school student has been found guilty for vomiting on his Spanish teacher. He was convicted of battery and has been ordered to spend the next four months cleaning up after people who throw up in police cars.

The 17 year old teen vomited on his teacher on the last day of school as he
turned in his text books. His lawyer said the vomiting resulted due to nervousness over his final exams.

The teacher commented that the student was failing his class and made no effort to avoid throwing up on him.
A judge said,"he thought the teen's actions were an assault upon the dignity of all teachers".

  If the kid
put his fingers down his throat to make himself vomit yeah ok, if he didnt, then this teacher is a stupid f**k and so is the judge. If people could pick and choose where and when they vomited then the there would be no need for someone to clean up police cars would there?

if he can be charged with battery for vomitting...
he should file suit against the board of education for making so nerveous enough he had to vomit.

rather stupid case, incredibly stupid judge...

  Correct me please
Am I wrong in thinking that forcing a teen to clean up the vommit of various criminals falls under the category of cruel and unusual punishment?

  Nope your not
Dealing with what is usually deemed biological waste is something for professionals, not school kids. But hey, a judge set the punishment, what do they know of the real world, last time they encounted it it was ~35 years ago for most.

  but
I can't make myself vomit and regurgatate. So why can't that guy.. as long as I have liquid of food in my stomach I can make it come up. Just like I can fart whenever I want. Bodily functions can be controlled.

  Now listen to this
I knew a girl in high school, that could make herself throw up. I am not talking about sticking her fingers down her throat, she did it with just squeezing her stomach ( sucking in hers in an out) and bam, she threw up. It was weird, she would do it to get out of class, her mother caught on to it, and told her to stop it, saying she has been pulling that shit since she was in grade school. Rembember everyone has some kind of stupid skill, this kid that threw up on his teacher, maybe have the throw up skill :).
