Store workers at a bakery in Dallas suffered 7 months of complaints that their food "smelled and tasted like manure." Cameras were installed and images of Behrouz Nahidmobarekeh sprinkling something on bread items were captured on tape in July.
In the first tape the man is seen sprinkling something on the bread, later employees detect a strong odor coming from the bread and clear it up. In the second tape the security manager detains the man who is later identified as Behrouz.
Behrouz pleaded not guilty to 2 charges of tampering with products in July. Behrouz, a cab driver, is believed to have dusted bakery goods with his own dried and grated feces. "It looked like cracked pepper at the time," said a bakery store employee.
