Man Claims Hotel is to Blame for his DUI Conviction

Michael Eanes, 50, claims that while staying at a Memphis, TN Red Roof Inn, he lost consciousness 3 times during the course of an evening.

Each time he lost consciousness, an employee took him to his car. After the 3rd time, the police were called and he was arrested and spent 8 months behind bars. It was his 4th DUI.

He is suing the hotel for $1.5 Million claiming that the hotel employee's actions endangered him and the general public.

  ummm
I am speechless. They really brought him out to his car. I mean I dont agree with the lawsuit but that is pure stupidity. Him drinking that much and the employees bringing him to his car.
