Semi-nude Man Found with Mannequin

A Sioux Falls man is being charged with indecent exposure after he was found with his pants and underwear down, and lying on the floor with a female mannequin in the Washington Pavillion.

Michael James Plentyhorse, 18, was discovered at 4:35 Monday by security with the mannequin. Loren McManus, a Sioux Falls police officer said, “There was inappropriate activity between him and the mannequin. That’s the only way I know how to put it.”

Security at the Pavillion say they've previously noticed the same mannequin undressed on several occasions. So far no drugs or alcohol appear to have been involved, and it is unclear whether or not the mannequin gave her consent.

  Um, yes it does.
I'll bet he'll be getting a lot of mail :)

Anyway, you never know, the mannequin might be alive if no one else is looking at it :)

  must be a police blotter...
just really long...

because usually in police blotters they gave the person's name and address and what they did (dunno why they give the address...)

Mannequins are mounting a rally outside his flat.
Or... is he mounting mannequins? I am getting it confused.

  have we not learned anything...
...from the movie "Mannequin."
Wherein the mannequin would become a real woman in the presence of her lover, but would return to plastic whenever the bumbling security guard or gay fashion designer happened to stumble in on them. This is obviously life imitating art.

Just kidding, maybe he was just practicing for senior prom or something.

...he just likes fake boobs?

  Not as wrong
At least the mannequin was female.
If it was a male mannequin then that would have been just plain weird...

"and it is unclear whether or not the mannequin gave her consent."

That part sorta threw me off, i had to re read the heading and part of the first paragraph to be sure it was a man.
