A covert video of Royal Marines has been released to the media in which servicemen are forced to fight each other while naked, with two non-commissioned officers watching on, one dressed in a surgeon's outfit, the other as a schoolgirl.
The servicemen, of 42 Commando based at Bickleigh Barracks, near Plymouth, UK, initially fought with foam around each arm but this was later removed. One marine who complained was kicked in the head and rendered unconscious by the 'surgeon'.
The Ministry Of Defence said that what was shown in the video was "very far from an official training exercise" and is conducting an inquiry into the drunken ceremony.
