The North American version of the Mini Traveller was introduced at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany. The Traveller Countryman is larger that the Mini Cooper and Cooper S models. The original version sold from 1960 to 1982.
The Traveller Countryman can adequately seat four adults and sports a longer wheelbase than the standard production Minis. The car looks like a coupe, but actually features two doors on each side and two where the hatch should be.
The concept car is also known as the 'Mini Concept Frankfurt,' and this design model is supposed to project a "Traveling in Style" feel.
