Kobe Scores 81

Kobe Bryant scored 81 points in the Raptor - Laker matchup last night. Bryant's 81 points is the 2nd highest point total scored in the NBA. Only Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game in 1962 stands ahead of Bryant's 81.

With the 81 point game, Kobe raised his league leading scoring average to 35.9. Coach Phil Jackson, who has also coached Michael Jordan said "That was something to behold, it was another level."

  I never could
bring myself to watch NBA basketball. I find it about as exciting as a tennis match..maybe even less exciting.

if it was someone else i might be impressed but kobe is nothing more than a little whiner that wants the ball, he will be nothing like Jordan, Irving ect, he may have beaten some records but thats because he is the only worthy one on his team

when you take 46 shots, and 20 free throws, 81 points would seem reasonable

For the amount of money this guy is payed
he should be performing similar on an average of atleast 1 in 3 games but i guess there only ever will be one Michael Jordan.
