Fatalities in FL Wreck

Several fatalities were reported today in a crash involving a loaded school bus a semi-truck and a car. Initial reports said there were at least 7 killed when the semi failed to stop.

There is still confusion on the total number of killed and injured. The local Union County Sherrif said 7 dead and 3 injured. While the Highway Patrol said that was wrong, and they are still sorting it out.

A spokesperson for Shands Hospital in Gainesville, said "we were told to open our doors" and prepare to treat the injured. A secretary for the school board said they had been told of an accident with one of their buses but had no other information.
