Roger Federer Cruises into Aussie Open Final

Roger Federer, the world number one, has cruised passed German Nicolas Kiefer in the semi-final of the Australian Open, winning in four sets. Federer, who is in form and uninjured, will now face unseeded Marcos Baghdatis in Sunday’s final.

The final score in today’s semi read 6-3, 5-7, 6-0, 6-2. The second set, won by Kiefer, went entirely on serve. Federer has matched up against the 20-year-old Baghdatis three times and won all three matches.
