Three orthodox Jews set off firecrackers inside the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth which set off a small fire. Witnesses said they were disguised as Christian travelers. Haim Eliyahu Havivi, 44, has been questioned before about plans to attack Muslim religious places in the past.
Havivi, his Christian wife, Violet, and their 20-year-old daughter were charged on Saturday after being treated for small burns. Abdul Dahamsheh, a Knesset member, said Jewish extremists are treated too lightly.

We very rarely get the news of Israeli soldiers shooting and killing Palestinians including children, yet get flooded with news reports of how a Palestinian blew themselves up killing Israelis. Fair and balanced? I think not.
Palestinian bombs = Israeli guns. Both sides are complicit in acts of terrorism. There is a very easy way to stop terrorism, stop participating in it (this goes for the US too).

whether this incident was minor or not, it brings attention to the general terrorism the israelis have been committing against the palestinians. if you were to look at the actual death toll for both sides you'd see that it's the palestinians who are being massacred ruthlessly. perhaps this is why they are regarded as freedom fighters by their own people. it is a david vs goliath situation. here's a link with the death toll stats for both sides from 2000-2005.
I dont know. But there is a HUGE bias against Palestinians in this case. The intigators in this huge, complicated conflict were the Zionists in the early 20th century. Yeah many Palesitnians are terrorists, but the good ones, who just want to live a normal life, are being ignored and treated as terrorists.
To make it short: The Israeli government has commited far more attrocities against the Palestinians than Palestinians against Israelis. Thank our media for making most of us Americans think otherwise.
has been an on going saga for centuries. All you see on the news is 'tit for tat' attacks. Do we believe what we see on t.v? There is a film being shown on U.K t.v during the coming week about the 'Tipton three' who were taken off to Guantanamo Bay after being captured in Afghanistan. Their story has been told of how they were innocent blah blah good muslims blah blah. I happen to 'know' two of them and they were anti west! I know this as do many other folk in this area, but you never hear this side of the story. Thats the media for you. The news media is like a see-saw, you both get on and its balanced....then the reporter buggers off, bang it becomes one sided very quickly.
If by the C4 comment you are refering to the suicide bombers, please show me where a Palestinian Christian has done such; as I am unaware of any such incident. And I can't make any sense of desecrating a Christian holy site to get back at the extremist Muslim Palestinians.

Religion is proven to be evil(may be a tad strong), it has constantly contradicted and proven itself through the ages with wars and grieviences etc. Ban religions then we can stop treading on egg shells and get on with the process of peace between people and nations. Peace and religion appear to be a kin to a one legged man at an arse kicking party.
Has to be said was thrilled with the reactions I have received on this. So tried in my own little way to get the world to understand their problems these misunderstood people have had to face. I can not remember which report but it stated, these people were the most peaceful they had ever encountered and I still want so much to help and support them, they were a huge impact on my life , while my Mother was alive I took some I had met to her home they were welcomed and so loving.
