Cuban Activist Eusebio Penalver Mazorra Dead at 71

Former Cuban political prisoner Eusebio Penalver Mazorra has died at the age of 71 in exile in Miami. He was head of a band of fellow exiles that Cuban President Fidel Castro once accused of plotting to assassinate the president of Venezuela.

"His resistance to tyranny is a testament to the moral courage of all Cubans who desire to see freedom return to their beautiful island nation. Laura joins me in sending our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends," Bush said in a statement.

Penalver led "Plantados until Freedom and Democracy in Cuba," a group of former Cuban political prisoners.

  Freedom? (uk)

This guy Bush makes his own history up as he goes along. When did this "freedom" that Bush talks about actually exist in Cuba?
Anyway at least i know what real history is, we British were on the moon in 1887!

the answer is simple the freedom of cuba existed until the US decided it didn't... from what i heard cuba's a nice country, people don't feel oppressed there; most are happy with the government, its top vacationing destination for alot of people.
