According to reports, Snoop Doggy Dogg has been banned from ever returning to the United Kingdom following a clash between the rapper and police at Heathrow Airport, London, last month, where 7 offices were injured.
Snoop has already been banned from British Airways for life, as the incident occurred in the first class lounge of that airline. According to an anonymous Home Office source, the UK has decided to ban Snoop because of his US criminal record.
i could be wrong, but from what i know he's only been convicted of drug charges. i believe any violence committed, past and present, has been by his associates. snoop doesn't really have the physique to go around beating people up. seems like the typical musician vices of drugs and wild behavior. is there something i'm missing which makes him more of a threat than the typical rock star?
because he band of mindless thugs / gimps / hangers on. beat up a bunch of policemen.
Not only should the slack jawed louts and their ring leader be banned from entering the uk ever again, they should have been slapped with fines and jail time.
He's slag and shouldn't get special treatment. If I had a criminal record for half of what he does I couldn't go to other countries. Why should he be able to? Cause he's "famous". Promoting violence, drugs and disrespect for society shouldn't make you famous.. should make you dead.

reading that was like scrolling through a guantlet. i enjoy snoop, and i think that if they beat anyone up they had a good reason, of course no one would think that because of all the close mindedness going on? slag? damn, i dont even know what that means, but i felt the burn. good ole context clues.
as for the promoting drugs, i couldn't care less about that... i'm of the believe that drugs should be legal but you should also be fully accountable while under the influence; and this goes for every drug, from asprin to heroin and crack... if some crackhead smokes himself to death notice i'll be the person not giving a rats ass.
anyways, it doesn't matter. Only people who lose in this situation are his fans. His revenue doesn't come from the UK. He probably cares less. Nobody here in the US is outraged because we could care less. It's a yawn.
I could understand if he was banned from Europe...but the UK? That's nothing to cry about. Nothing to go "damn, I messed up..." Small money.
*His criminal record was attempted murder charges (which he would found not guilty for) and some minor drug charges. Nothing serious meaning guilty wise. I'm sure this was just the UK going "Oooh...negative influence trying to inflitrate our body. We won't allow it!"

Snoop is a sellout, but he used to be one of many representing the lifestyle in lower-class urban America, particularly South-central LA. He did a good job doing it at that.

Everytime he has a concert or a tour in the uk it is a sellout and he gets payed in pounds besides that Snoop has a real big fan base in the uk that contribute to the majority of his European sales so no doubt he's going to care and so will his manager

Comments like (c)rap, were not even funny the first 500000 times some nerd repeated them. Generally those who repeat that sort of trash, have no friends, no life, have never gotten laid, and generally just suck at life. Often such things are said by such people, because it makes them feel better about them selfs. Because in real life, they wouldnt have the audacity to make such comments, and here, they are behind thier monitor and keyboard and feel like tough guys, knowing they are safe. Knowing that we dont know them personally and they embaress them selfs yet again and be humiliated.
