Football Mascot Takes Down Rival Quarterback with Golf Cart

Adrian McPherson was unexpectedly blitzed during the third quarter of a game against the Titans on August 12th. It wasn't the Tennessee Titan's linesmen that did him in, it was the Titan's wreckless raccoon mascot behind the wheel of a golf cart.

McPherson, the quarterback in his second season for the Saints, was taken out of the game after being checked by a trainer. He managed to walk off of the field.

The Saints have not provided further information on McPherson's condition. The mascot was driving off of the football field at the time of the incident and was reportedly throwing things from the moving vehicle during half-time but was not arrested.

  As if...
The saints don't have enough problems as it stands. We now have other teams mascots running down our players!

that be Tennessee Titans, not Nashville Titans?

Yes. You are correct. This might be due to the fact that all these new teams are confusing to me as I've moved to Europe and never really liked football all that much anyway.

But quarterback assasination, that's good entertainment!

always hated the this big tough football player in full pads mind you can't take a hit from a raccoon driving a golf cart yet he gets paid like 15 million a year for what? quarterbacks are the sorriest excuses for football players always afraid to take hits
