Reality Star "Don Vito" Arrested for Sexual Assualt on a Child
 

Vincent Margera, AKA "Don Vito," was arrested Friday night in Lakewood, Colorado. Two girls claimed Margera inappropriately touched them during a meet and greet at a local skate park.

Margera was appearing with Tim Glomb at the Denver Woodward Skatepark at the Colorado Mills Mall. The event drew about 60 people.

Margera is being held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail. He is facing two counts of sexual assault on a child and will learn about his fate in court on Monday at 10 a.m.

this is probably what happened (speculation)

He probably saw one of the girls, noticed she was
"well developed", and probably copped a feel/the 'ol
lift up.

If this is true, it's shameful. He could get adult

he is held without bail, on an accusation. Wonderful world we live in, this is why a lot of people ban young girls from places\activities now. All they have to do is say you touched them and you go to jail, do not pass go, your already guilty in the eyes of the law, and the public. Your reputation is gone and you will be hunted down like a 16th century witch. what if these girls didnt get what they wanted out of him, so make this story up. I know of many girls who make up such stories to get back at a guy etc. Real rape and sexual assult is a serious problem and should be delt with harshly, any female cought making it up should recieve the same punishment the 'alledged' rapist would have. Then you could trust all wemon when they say it.

Give me a break guys. Have you seen the way he is on the show around women. Watch the playboy mansion episode. Let these girls have a chance to tell their side. They are 12 years old! I highly doubt this was devised as a way to get a lawsuit.

It IS after all, a television SHOW. It's an act. It's his character. Just because it's called reality television doesn't make it reality.

I have seen this guy at a local club out where i live. I have seen this guy feel up on numerous girls during the night. It Doesn't surprise me he finally got ought on charges. I hope he learns his lesson and stop touching little girls.

He's guilty, according to most of you, without a trial just because of what you saw on a tv show. Does he have a prior history of this? I never heard of it. Is he a flight risk? Nope. Then why would him without bail? Yes, it's a serious crime and should be treated that way, but I do not see any reason to be holding him without bail.

He has bail set at $50K and must remain in Colorado. The girl turned out to be 14. He was reported to have grouped her. Only one count now.

After reading the majority of comments, one hopes he is guilty as sin and these seers will be able to sleep; his sleep, innocent or not, is sure to be troubled before any trial. Ahh,jail is so fun.
